How to Spend Your Time

At TOJI in the Hot Spring Therapy Garden, we offer a unique hot spring therapy experience where you can warm your body in the indoor baths, find deep relaxation in the craft mist baths, and rejuvenate while feeling nature in the outdoor baths.
Please take your time and relax at your own pace, listening to your breath and your body’s needs, without being bound by any set schedule.
1First, submerge yourself half way in the indoor bath
First, enter the indoor bath and submerge yourself up to your waist. Stay half-submerged, breathe slowly and warm your body for about 10 minutes. This will help your body relax and prepare you for the mist bath.
2Craft Mist Bath
During the mist bath, lie down on top of the
“medicinal stones” which contain natural minerals, and relax quietly. A warm mist rich in minerals enters your body as you breathe, warming you from the inside out. After laying for 5 to 10 minutes, step outside and take a break. During your break, please enjoy drinking the spring water from the Craft Spring.
Repeat the cycle of mist bath, rest, and drinking the spring water 2 to 3 times.
3Aquatherapy in the outdoor bath
Finally, head to the outdoor bath. Step into the deep water, let your body float, and relax. Spend a few minutes gazing up at the sky, and you’ll feel the tension in your body quietly melt away.
4The rest is up to you
Please take your time and relax as long as you like. The cafe on the second floor offers local beverages and sweets.
Soak in the hot springs, enveloped in the mist, and gaze out at nature.
Each and every moment
guides your mind and body back to their natural state of calm.
