Do I need to bring anything for the TOJI experience?

No, towels and amenities are provided. As TOJI SPA is a mixed-gender facility, a bathrobe is required. Complimentary bathrobes are available, so you do not need to bring one. You are also welcome to wear your own swimsuit.

What is Craft Onsen?

Craft Onsen is a new kind of hot spring experience made possible through patented technology that extracts concentrated minerals from natural hot spring water and rock. At our facility, you can enjoy our “Craft Hot Spring” as a fine mist in a room maintained at approximately 40°C. The gently heated room helps you relax and warm up comfortably while absorbing naturally derived minerals through the skin and by breathing them in. We invite you to experience this modern interpretation of Japan’s ancient toji tradition, which dates back to the Nara and Heian periods.

Do I need to make a reservation for the TOJI experience?

Daytime sessions are available by reservation only. Please book through our official reservation website. In the evening, walk-ins may be accepted depending on availability. As availability changes daily, please refer to our official reservation website for the latest schedule.

Can I make a group reservation?

Each reservation accommodates up to 6 guests per time slot. For groups of 7 or more, please contact us by phone so we can assist you with your arrangements.
