Important Notes

  • Children who are fully toilet trained may participate.（Private bookings only.）
  • No prior experience with toji is required.
  • A yuami-gi bathing garment or swimwear must be worn at all times during the TOJI experience.
  • Guests who are heavily intoxicated will not be permitted to participate. Bathing is also not permitted for anyone who has been advised by a doctor not to bathe, has a medical condition that may be aggravated by bathing, or has an infectious disease.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees will apply to reservation cancellations. Please review and agree to these terms before making a reservation.

  • Cancellation one day before the scheduled date: 　50% of the reservation fee
  • Cancellation on the scheduled date: 　100% of the reservation fee

Should you need to cancel or change your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
